COVID-19

COVID-19 Vaccination Program

The Palaszczuk Government are working hard, pushing the Commonwealth for more vaccines so we can get residents in Logan vaccinated as quickly as possible. We know that the timing is critical which is why we are increasing the scale of our rollout.

I strongly encourage all Logan residents to get an appointment if you haven't already done so. There are so many options for you to get vaccinated:

💉 Register for an appointment with Queensland Health at https://www.vaccinebookings.health.qld.gov.au/registerforvaccination/
💉 Contact a local participating GP Clinic to receive your Pfizer or AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccination
💉 Contact a local participating pharmacy to receive your Pfizer, AstraZeneca or Moderna COVID-19 vaccination
💉 Yarrabilba residents can register to be vaccinated at the pop-up clinic at the Yarrabilba Sport and Community Hub on Shaw Street - fill out your expression of interest for the Yarrabilba Vaccine Hub and someone from the team will call you to book your appointment

Logan residents have done fantastic work keeping each other safe, and I know that as supply increases everyone will continue to get vaccinated.

Keep your family and the Logan Community Safe

Everyone in Logan has done so well in keeping each other safe. It's so important that we continue that hard work while our vaccination program ramps up. We can't keep the Delta strain out forever, so while we get vaccinated it's important we continue everything we've been doing over the last 18 months:

There are COVID-19 testing clinics at Logan Hospital, QEII Hospital, and Browns Plains Community Health Centre. For a full list of testing locations, go to the website: Queensland Health - Testing & Fever Clinics

Our contact tracers work hard to make sure we know where the risk lies if a case is in the community. To keep up to date with our contract tracing locations, you can visit www.health.qld.gov.au/contact-tracing

For the latest on all other COVID-19 related stuff like restrictions, support, and statistics - go to the Queensland Government's dedicated website at www.covid19.qld.gov.au.
